Inna Brayer, a native of Moscow Russia, is the 3 time United States National Ten Dance Champion and a National Certified Adjudicator holding fellowship level accreditation from the N.A.D.T.A. As an ambassador and World Team Member representing the United States she has been ranked as high as ninth in the world, competing in six World Championships. Inna participated as a dancer on Season 7 of ABC-TV’s “Dancing with the Stars” and was partnered with actor Ted McGinley. In 2008 Inna represented USA Dance, Inc. when she was featured on ABC-TV’s “Good Morning America” discussing the upcoming National Championships and the benefits of ballroom dancing. She also served as the choreographer for the Rutgers University Ballroom Dance Team performance on Season 9 of “Dancing with the Stars.” As a coach her students have achieved high placements in many national and international competitions including winning Junior Latin National Championships. Off the dance floor she is actively involved with USA Dance as a DanceSport Delegate, member of the Governing Council, and DanceSport Council. Outside of dance she holds a B.A. in English and Education from the Hunter College Quest School of Education. 

Daniel Calloway Adjudicator - Bethesda, MD

Dan has been competing professionally, coaching and judging for thirty-five years, repeatedly earning the distinctions of “Professional of the Year” and “Top Teacher” at many national level events and within numerous dance organizations. He is an Asian-Pacific and United States Professional 10-Dance Grand Finalist. In 1985 Dan was the youngest Dual Fellow in the world with highly commended fellowships in the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, the London-based society, which embodies the world’s acknowledged leaders of the dance profession. He was invited by President and Mrs. Obama to perform for them and their guests of the international diplomatic corps at the White House in 2009. He has served as the Chairman of Judges at the North American and USA Dance United States National DanceSport Championships and many other national level events. Dan is also the DanceSport coach for the competitive DanceSport teams at Georgetown University and the University of Maryland, as well as serving as guest coach at numerous other universities, congresses, and dance camps, including moderating the professional discussion panels at key events in the United States.

Wayne Crowder F.I.S.T.D Wayne is a four time USA Dance Amateur Champion in Latin and a 3-time USA representative to the WDSF World Latin Championships. Wayne has won numerous Regional Standard and Latin Championship titles and was a Standard finalist in the USA DanceSport National Championships.
Wayne is a WDSF Adjudicator, Professional Division Adjudicator, National Certified Adjudicator and a Fellow Member of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (the ISTD).
Wayne served two terms as the President of the United States Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. He currently serves on the Dancesport Council of USA Dance as Chair of Certifications as well as the WDSF Adviser to the President of USA Dance.

Wendi Davies Adjudicator - West Orange, NJ

Wendi began dancing while at Princeton studying architecture. In her amateur career she was ranked third in the United States. She turned professional in 1991 and went on to be ranked second at the US Championships, and was the winner of “Championship Ballroom Dancing.” She was the UK Rising Star Champion, Blackpool Rising Star Runner-up, US Representative to the Worlds and Blackpool team match, a finalist at the French Open and the US Open Championships and was ranked 13th in the world. She was a co-owner and operator of Ballroom on Fifth in New York City for 12 years. She is currently a co-owner and operator of the New Jersey DancSport Classic competitions 

Daniel Dilley Adjudicator - Indiana

Championship Certified Adjudicator in all styles by the North American Dance Teachers Association (NADTA), and Certified Scrutineer with the National Dance Council of America (NDCA). As head coaches of the Purdue Latin & Ballroom Dance Team, Yuehwern and Daniel can currently be seen competing in Professional American Rhythm Events around the country. When the team was invited to compete on season 10 of Dancing with the Stars, they coached the dancers to a 1st round victory, and Choreographed the outstanding Cha Cha for the finale. Before ballroom, Daniel was dancing hip hop and breakdance and competing as a stage magician.

  Viktoriya Drubetskaya was a 1999 UK Open Professional Rising Star Finalist, 1999 USA Professional Rising Star Champion. 2001-2002 US and World Mambo Champion. 2002 US Professional Rhythm Finalist. As an amateur, she was a 1996 USA Amateur Latin Finalist as well as a Junior 10-Dance Finalist in Moldova. Since 2002, she has been learning about human body movement in depth in Laban Institute of Movement Studies, has studied Dance Notation via Language of Dance and Kestenberg Movement Profile. She has also been certified as Eric Franklin Level 3 movement educator. She has used her knowledge successfully, creating BESSI (Body, Effort, Shape, Space, and Imagery) to train top level junior, youth and adult competitors who were US representatives to many world championships.

Sandra Fortuna is a former professional ballet dancer, a certified fitness instructor, holds a BA in Dance from Butler University, Jordan College of Music, many top teacher awards and pro/am tiles, including 3rd, 2nd, and 1st place Top Teacher in US Top Teacher Championship, 1st place Top Female Teacher in NADOA Challenge of Champions. Sandra was former Vice-President of USA Dance Chapter 3012, past Secretary of the USISTD. Sandra was awarded the prestigious NDCA Community Service Award in 2008 for her work in developing, supporting and promoting, Wheelchair DanceSport. She is author of the copyrighted technique manual WheelEase, written to describe in full the feet, wheel work, and leads for wheelchair dancing. She is an original founding member and Artistic Director of American Dance Wheels Foundation. Her dance students include national 10 dance finalists, national amateur Latin runners-up, winner of Pro-Am A Latin and Pro-Am A Rhythm Championships at USBC, several successful dance school owners, successful professional candidates for USISTD certification, professional dancer on DWTS hit TV show, popular UK dancer and choreographer, and star of West Ends 2009 production of Burn the Floor, Brian Fortuna. David is a former instructor for both franchised and independent studios with a passion for music. David has merged his passion and love for dance and music and has become one of the top Dancesport Music Directors in the country. He owns and operates a trucking company and Commercial Warehouse in Tampa, Florida. He is involved in several charities, as well as having been past president of the Tampa Bay Transportation Club. He and his wife Sarah, have helped run a “Celebrity Dancing in Tampa Bay” fundraiser for the last several years raising over $250,000 for “The Spring of Tampa Bay” a non-profit organization that benefits victims of domestic violence.
Scott has been Vice President of the Southern Star USA Dance Chapter in Tampa for the past 19 years, and is heavily involved in running their annual Mid-Summer Classic competition which began in 1993. He and his wife Sarah are 5 times Senior American Rhythm Champions.

  Myra Coffield is a creative geek and a longtime veteran of the professional theatre community in her first career as a production stage manager and lighting designer. Always being behind the scenes, she took her first ballroom class on a dare and was hooked. A stickler for detail, Myra has been a diligent student of ballroom technique, earning her Licentiate diploma in International Ballroom from the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing last year. She loves being in the ballroom and when not competing, volunteers regularly at competitions. She utilizes her second career skills as a web designer on ballroom sites such as and Myra is looking forward to a third career as an USA Official Observer.

  Todd M. Kirrane is a highly qualified public policy professional specializing in municipal and state transportation planning & regulations. As the Transportation Administrator for the Town of Brookline, Massachusetts he oversees the multi-modal transportation network including usage of public roads and other town-owned property by automobiles, bicycles, and pedestrians. Under his direction Brookline has become a regional leader in progressive transportation policies that encourage safe alternative modes of transportation including walking, cycling, and public transportation for recreation and daily commuting over personal automobile use. Inspired by his son and wifes love for ballroom dancing, he has taken a leadership role in supporting and advocating for junior DanceSport athletes and their parents as the Vice President of Operations for the independent Junior Athlete DanceSport Association (JADA), Chair of the USA Dance Junior Athletes Parents Committee, and a member of the USA Dance DanceSport Council.

Mark Tabor Scrutineer - Fort Worth, TX

Introduced to ballroom dancing in 1993, Mark became involved in competition, and competed for over 15 years. Beginning in 2000, he organized 18 chapter competitions and Six USA Dance Regional Competitions. Throughout this experience, he developed the O2CM system for DanceSport competition management and began scrutineering. Mark moved to Oregon and began teaching at The Ballroom Dance Company in 2008. In 2013, Moved to Fort Worth Texas to better serve O2CM clients across the country at events nearly every other week. He works all levels of events as a scrutineer, including NDCA pro/am events, USA Dance National Championships and WDSF World Championship and World Cups.
